Excellent scanner. Fast and easy to work with. Software package is good and has nice features. Resolution is awesome.

I am just beginning to use my Epson Perfection and I love it! I have used the dust removal feature and the restore feature and am very pleased with the results.

Machine really does a great job and copies slides and pictures. However, a couple of times the machine would only copy two of the slides in the holder and when copying pictures it would revert back to the section that was only copying two of the slides. Hope it doesn't happen again. It has happened twice but then seemed to correct itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used this scanner to put family slides onto the computer. Very easy to set up, use and it produced a great quality picture. A time consuming process but not as time consuming as other scanners out there I am told.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 3th epson scanner, both of my scanners were ruined in a water line break.. I was most excited to set up the scanner. I have been most pleased with the scanners well maybe not results from scanning slides or negatives, but I was so looking forward to "the complete restoration solution for print and film.". Only to find that it means using the adobe Photoshop software.. Having used this on a trail base..it is not the most user friendly software.. some how I feel snookered!!LOL But I still love the scanner!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like Epson products but I am not sure how I feel about my latest purchase. The learning curve is difficult and I still am trying to figure out what I have to do to get going. I will not give up and I am confident my faith in Epson will be restored as soon as I can figure out how it works
