Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner

I had an earlier version of Epson scanner (do not remember the model). The V600 does all that I have ask of it; scanning photos, negatives, and text. I certainly recommend it and will only purchase an Epson scanner AND printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Scanner

Very impressed with this scanner. Scanned lots of old pictures and documents and the results were superb. Also does an excellent job scanning negatives. The digital ICE technology does a great job of removing imperfections in photos. Highly recommend this scanner. Setup was fast and easy. The software is easy to understand and use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

To date I have only scanned a few pictures and documents. The scanner works as advertised, It is fast also. The controls are easy to read/use.
My only regret is that the scanning bed is not large enough to scan legal-size documents but I knew this when I bought it. The included software has been easy to use and seems fairly complete.
Overall the unit seems well designed and constructed.

We love it have scanned over 5000 photographs in the few months that we have had the scanner. It has always worked as it should and with great results. When using "Digital Ice" on old slides it is like a miracle. Almost all dust and marks are removed. It also scans office papers very well.

I bought this photo scanner because I have SO many old photos and slides from when I owned film cameras, and I wanted to store these images on a flash drive for easy access and in case anything ever happened to my home! This scanner is very easy to use, has great features (I especially like the dust removal option), and works perfectly for my intended purpose. If you're looking for a great product to scan those old photos and slides (and, who doesn't want to keep those special memories?!) - this is your scanner!

The scanner was working good until I discovered a white speck of dust on the inside of the glass. So every photo that I scanned has a dust mark in the scan. The instruction says not to open the inside so I have to live with the with dust speck on my scanned photos. I am not very happy about that but what do I do. Will Epsom exchange it for a new one?

Great scanner

I connected the scanner and scanned many negatives thru it. It has an auto mode, which made scanning very easy.The quality is excellent and would highly recommend it. Havent' had chance to scan slides yet.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product!
I received this scanner as a Christmas present. I have been using it non-stop for 3 months. I am amazed by the quality of pictures that I get when scanning film and slides! When scanning photos, the speed at which the photos are scanned is very fast. It is very easy to use and the results are excellent.
I am enjoying this scanner very much!
