Love this scanner. Fast, easy operation, no problems at all. Definitely recommend. Has the ability to change settings to fit my needs. Have nothing negative to say about this scanner at all.

I just found alot of slides that I took 25 years ago
so I wanted to to convert them to prints.I was really amazed how well they came out.Nice scanner.

Overjoyed

The scanner arrived this morning. I installed the scanner drivers and the accompanying software.
Hooked the scanner to my computer and after about an hour playing with the various settings I'm now able to scan 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 color negatives 3 up.
These old negatives are from my wedding some 45 years ago.
I'm thrilled with the scanner, but ICE doesn't seem to remove any dust spots (even when I turn it on.)

meets expectation

I bought the V600 after thoroughly reviewing all the other scanners in its price range. I bought it principally because it had Digital ICE as part of the hardware. It performs as expected.
Like all scanners in this price range the biggest issue is the limited availability to adjust the image quality. The V600 is the best at this that I have used.
I was slightly disappointed that I could not individually adjust multiple images when I wanted to scan them together, but that is not a deal breaker.
Lastly, I wish someone would teach Epson how to write an instruction manual. It is the worst I have ever used.

Slide Conversion

I used the Epson V600 Photo to scan old family slides, dating back to the 1960s. In scanning over 850 slides to JPG I had no problems. It was great being able to scan four slides at a time. I highly recommend.

I have just started using my scanner. Set up was easy and the software it came with is awesome! Some of the slides I have scanned have actually been over corrected. Meaning the software did to much color enhancing. It can be fixed and I think it is an issue of becoming more familiar with all the bells and whistles of the scanner. But for the most part I am very happy. I have only done a small number but I am already more happy with this scanner than the last one I had, which quit working mid way through.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This scanner is easy quick. The flatbed is simple and I can scan film negatives in record time. This scanner is perfect for various size negatives. If you want to convert your analog film to digital and cannot afford a drum scanner, this is the perfect solution.

Impressive photos

I made my first print on the V600 of my grandson
picture he gave me with braces on his teeth.

I was able to remove the braces and use the photo enhance button and got a nice picture.
