I have scanned about 1,500 old slides and color negatives and have been satisfied overall. Sometimes get an aggravating "Unable to Write to File" error message and sometimes slide orientation is misread leaving blank portions in the image. I wish scanning were faster and scanning option choices would "stick" for the next run. I like the preview option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Photography has always been a hobby of mine. I had thousands of slides that were in storage. The Epson V600 has brought those slides and memories back to life. I am amazed at the quality and color. It is as good or better than the original. Don't know why I waited so long to invest in this product.

Excellent scanner

I have a bunch of old 35mm photos that I took in the 70's, 80's, and 90's. I've been wanting to scan them and save on the computer. I've been trying to decide on the best way to do it. I finally bought this scanner and it's working great. I've done about 400 photos so far.
