I had to replace an old Epson 2450 scanner and purchased the V600. It scans in less than half the time of the 2450 an produces great scans. I love it. It also has the capability to scan slides and film strips which I'll do from time to time. It's the best scanner I've ever owned.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I needed a new scanner for my slides and negatives. I am thoroughly pleased with this scanner. It does a wonderful job, especially with the ICE feature turned on. Although it does take a bit longer, the results are worth it. The only issues I had were a glitch with Windows which wouldn't recognize the scanner after using it for a few days, and I noticed a streak through the scans when I was using it, but haven't had that problem since.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this scanner for the purpose of preserving a lifetime of photos. It is easy to use and does a great job. Well worth the price!

Every print, negative, document I challenge my Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner with seems to improve them exponentially! I bought a refurbished unit, and so far I've noticed no difference from a brand new unit. The scans are crisp, and the included software provides every control I've needed. Granted, the scans sometimes take up to 20 or more minutes, but that isn't a concern to me; while good quality, crisp scans are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for slides film and prints

Bought as a high end stand alon scanner that was able to scan 35 mm film, 35 mm transparencies, 120 mm film and 116 mm film. It gives great scans that I use to sell prints I make from them. It took some trial and error to figure the correct settings but in the end I am so pleased with my choice of this scanner.
I would recommend this to a friend!
