I am what's known in our family as the electronic pigmy. I have found this scanner to both beginner and expert friendly. My hubby uses it as much as I do. I had another scanner printer copier unit and the first thing to break on it was the scanning devise. Thanks for making it so easy to use. Kathy

Have had the scanner for several years and I have been very satisfied. I use it quite often but recently had a problem which I unwittingly caused. I called the for help and I was walked through on how to reinstall program. Technical support was very patient with me until the problem was resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson scanner

I purchased this scanner for the sole purpose of scanning pictures my sister had as all my family pictures were stolen from a storage unit. I would of liked to had an unlimited budget but I didn't. So this scanner was reasonable. Many of the pictures were 50 years old and I was very happy with the scanned image.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been totally satisfied with the performance of the Epson V600. The reproduction quality is excellent. It has far more features than I will ever need!

Good Scanner with automatic settings

The Epson V600 Photo Scanner is easy to use, has automatic (and adjustable) settings, and produces good results. Sometimes automatically chooses to image less than the full document. Does not scan pencil writing on paper (does anyone have a solution?).

Very nice flat bed scanner. It has several features that my previous Epson scanner did not have, such as color slide scanning. The software included with the scanner has a wide range of capabilities.

Quality scans

Since I wasn't able to get quality scans from friends or places to pay for scans, I decided to buy my own. I'm glad I chose the V600. I have scanned and printed from my 35mm negatives and the results were great. The prints from those scans were better that prints made directly from the negative by my photo lab. I do think that the plastic negative holder could be a little more substantial.

I absolutely LOVE this scanner. It is so easy to use, gives capabilities of changing things, previews, etc. Copies documents wonderfully. Easy install.
Am so happy I chose this scanner. Definitely recommend.
