Great Scans at a Reasonable Price

I purchased this scanner to replace the previous Epson version that had served me well for years. It is easy to use and provides quality scans of photos. The quality is good enough to be used in books (really!).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great photo scanner.

I bought this scanner a couple of years ago because I had a 70 yr. old slide that no one could make a print out of for me. I absolutely love it! I have scanned numerous slides, negatives, photos and documents. It's easy to use and results are fantastic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Photo Scanner

The quality of the scanned photos is very good. It's my first Epson scanner. However, I find the software more difficult to use than my previous brand, especially from the print button. Sometimes I have to completely end the program and start over again. Otherwise, the features and quality of scans are excellent. Scanning is also pretty fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the scanner for scanning hundreds o'f photos from Grandmother and Mother's photo albums and unorganized photos. It has proven easy to use and provided enjoyment to many family members.

Real old negatives

No negative mounting tray for 2 1/4 x 1 3/4 negatives nor for 4 1/4 x 3 negatives.
Unable to get to the "My Pictures" window without having to unnecessarily scan a negative.

It is REALLY Perfection

My main reason for buying the V600 was to digitally archive our slides and photos from the late 1960's thru the 1990's. The V600 and the included software are just what the doctor ordered for this task. Simple but powerful, some of the slides and photos actually look better once scanned into my computer than the originals.
I would highly recommend this scanner to anyone needing to digitize their photo and/or slide memories.

Easy to set up and use. I bought it for the slide and photo scanning capability. Yes, it can scan only 4 slides at a time, but I learned to scan them in an assembly line fashion. Hint: scan first, edit later!
