It Worked, with a hiccup

This scanner worked great with 35 mm negatives. One tip: Microsoft Office 2013 would not load up until these drivers (or add-ons) were disabled.

This Epson V600 is the best scanner I have ever used. I needed one that would scan negatives and pictures so my grandson went on the internet and researched all of the scanners. He worked for a local photo store in my town and he said I
should buy the Epson V600. It is amazing. It does everything I want it to do and more. I am so happy he researched this and found the BEST!!

Excellent scanner

I have been using Epson printers and scanners for years. The V600 is wonderful. Scanning is of great quality. The ice feature is great but takes a long time. That is the only downside. The film scanning is outstanding. I am a professional photographer and I do a lot of restorations and this scanner is just what I need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Much faster than all-in-one scanner, good scans of slides

This scanner is much faster than the HP all-in-one scanner it replaced. Seems to do a good job on pictures and documents. Like that the scan utility has some knobs to turn, though if you lose track you can screw up later scans. Slides with high resolution and ICE on take a long time, but the results are worth it. Satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this to scan photos, slides, and documents. I have tried all of these and found it meet all my expectations. The reason I give it only 4 stars is due to the software which is difficult to learn.

I love this scanner. It is so much faster than my Epson Perfection 4490 photo that I had used for a decade. The software is excellent and, if you have other Epson products connected - like I do, it's nice to have one piece of software for all devices that scan. I really like the digital ice for photos. Many scanners have color restoration software but only for slides and negatives not photos, too. This scanner also comes with a nice long cord which is handy.
The scan quality is excellent - which is really what counts.

Nice solid scanner. Faster than my old one. Quality scans as expected from Epson. Footprint a bit bigger than the previous model so it takes up more room on my desk.

Fast scanner, great for old and new style negatives.

This is naturally much faster than my old Epson 3590. I upgraded to this scanner just so I could scan my old 1940-1970 type negatives. It has not been a disappointment.
