Simplicity and Quality at it's Best

I bought this originally to scan in old 35mm negatives and was pleased with the results. Since then I use it for work as well to compile PDF files that scan in, photos and other various TXT documents. Easy to setup and reliable! Would recommend toanyone.

9 YEARS OLD AND STILL WORKS PERFECTLY!

My Epson V-600 will be 9 years old on July 2, 2021 and still works perfectly, without a single problem. It makes incredibly true copies of photos, financial documents, and old slides, as well as converting and restoring 75 year old negatives to make good prints, again. I believe it is the best piece of computer related equipment that I've ever owned, and the best value for the price, as well. What more can be said?

Bought several years ago. That computer finally died and in installing software on new computer and registering, the opportunity to review after I had been using for some time. Great scanner, does what I want (pdf creation and photo scanning) and does it well. Trouble free so far.

V600 Photo --- VERY CAPABLE !

I bought this last week and startup and registration was easy. Tried a few photos and ALL is going well, Looking forward to scanning slides and film soon. I am using the Professional Mode and found it easy to use for a novice like me AND THE SUPPORT SELECTION WORKED VERY WELL. In 2002-2011 I had an EPSON 500 that worked very well ... but I damaged it when we moved. Very happy to return to EPSON and the V600.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this scanner to make .JPG copies of printed photos. They turned out amazing. The copies were clearer and more colorful than the originals.

I am glad that this scanner is quite easy to use. I can scan a whole album page of photos and it picks out each one and processes them separately. The color is true and there are no artifacts such as scan lines even on lower DPI settings. This scanner is not one of the cheap ones, but at $300 and considering I have already scanned hundreds of class photos for my High school class' 50th reunion it is already paid for in my opinion. I intend to scan thousands for a digital family album for my relatives, This workhorse is efficient, makes scanning multiple family albums with many pictures per page a breeze. I have been satisfied with EPSON products in the past, but this is by far the best device I have used.

Error Message Out of Box

Trying to set up and all the scanner will do is turn on, cycle then flash an error message.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
