Yes love it, once I got some help from the hepl dept, very good for scanning Negs, and photos, love how it drops them into my photo ,s the only bad thing is I tried to reg it on line and it said that I was missing a 3 dig, number so it did not go through, dont know what I was doing wrong, sure hope I do not have trouble, and need this info.

I was surprised at how easy it is to scan photos. Haven't yet used the slide or negative aspects yet but that will happen soon.
I am scanning on auto since I haven't yet figured out the professional settings.
Like it and would recommend the product.

Easy to handle, quality, performance Epson always keep the best image and additional gadgets to be a number 1 on the scanner and printer systems

Error

Spent two days trying to get it to work... error light goes on as soon as you power it up. Tried different computers, cables, versions of windows, no luck.. it’s going back

can't get it to go

Not sure if it's me or my Mac Mini. But I can't get the software to work. Keeps Telling me Event Manager Quit unexpectedly. I went to Espon website and found an update to load, but when tried to install, it told me the one on the computer was newer. Very confusing. Thought Macs were great. But not all software is compatible even when it says it is. So haven't been able to use the unit yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far old color photos, black and whites and slides come out good.
The owners manual would not open on my computer, tried downloading from website still wont open. Had to use the online version and put it in my favorites to use it. Everything else has worked so far.
