[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Found this unit on the ground by the. It rained night before so I had nothing to lose if it didn't work. Took it home soaked in vinegar a couple days then ran about six pots of straight up vinegar. Next day, water, lots of water. It works awesome! I wish it had the little carafe, maybe I will find that another day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Knob has plastic connector that turn switch/valve

It worked well first 2 weeks then knob got stiff and broke
So i tried turning mechanism inside with square reciever & that is what froze
but i brought to brazil as gift for family
So please email me so you can send me new parts to fix it

Poor quality

I bought this Mr. Coffee espresso maker because I couldn’t find the brand I had before that broke after 15 years of use. This product is so poorly constructed! The filter holes are too big, making the espresso too watery and weak. After three weeks of use (every morning), the water chamber still has a weird plastic smell. To put the cherry on top, this morning the plastic top to the glass pot got jammed in and as I, very gingerly, was attempting to remove it, the small glass pot shattered! I wish I’d kept the box and receipt because I’d return it in a heart beat!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waste of money
