I absolutely love this photo printer. It produces the best quality photos and fast. I have tried other photo printers but they do not even come close to my Picturemate Charm. I enjoy scrapbooking photos of my children and my Charm makes it quick and easy because it is so simple to use. Every scrapbooker should own one!!!

Wow, this is an excellent product. We received it today and within a half hour of set-up we were printing pictures from both our different cameras' memory cards with excellent, crystal clear results! It is so compact and has so many features that it is amazing. Be sure to order the optional ink/paper refill beacuse you will use up the supplied cartridge immediately (20 prints)--- the prints are so good.

Just started using it today...colour is bright and picture is crisp! Looks professional! Love all the ways it can be used, on its own or with a computer, camera etc!

I love it. I bought this product because a friend of mine had one and he let me use it a couple of times and I was hooked. The portability of it allows me to print on the spot at different events which helps to increase my business a lot.

I bought this printer after seeing positive reviews by others. I have used it for a few days and I am impressed by the excellent picture quality. The printer is very easy to use and I have had no trouble printing pictures downloaded from the internet when I am using the software that came with the printer. The only complaint that I have is the tiny LCD viewer. It is sometimes difficult to see detail in the images. This is a minor problem if you download your pictures on a computer and print them from the supplied software. Overall I am thrilled with this printer and I will not go back to the cumbersome all in one printer that I was using.

after buying the picturemate personal lab B271A at a photo fair and trying all the services recommended who said no book available i found a manuals address which connected me with a 125 page user manual on line which was easy to print out and recommended the 16 page using with computer manual online which i downloaded and now i have to buy paper and a usb cord and figure out how to download the computer program required how fun is that chas
