What's great about it: Works great, good price.
What's not so great: Requires separate audio connection
This was perfect for me, as I just needed a cable so I could connect my desktop to my HDTV. It works great, except that it does not include audio, so you have to have a separate connection. This really isn't that big of a deal since all you need is to connect an audio cable, but it is the only complaint I have. Otherwise it is a good product.

This is a good inexpensive DVI to HDMI cable. I'm using it for my Raspberry PI to connect to a monitor without an HDMI input. Works great.

Best Buy goofed this time. Product is good. Geek Squad installer was asked if the old cables were appropriate and he said no. After installing the new and expensive cable, he told me to save the old one as it was still good. There was nothing I could do at the time because the computer was an online gift from a family member and I did not have a gift receipt or a way to change the cable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I asked a Best Buy clerk if they had a cable that would connect my old monitor with a DVI connection to my new Gateway's HDMI output, and he referred me to a third party online site. I found this cable on the shelf as I was leaving and gave it a try. Works fine.

What's not so great: HDMI is just plain overpriced.
Plugged it in, and it works. Cable seems overbuilt, I expect it to be durable and last a while. I still think any cable that has the word HDMI on it is overpriced though.
