high failure rate over 500 batteries

I see over 30% leakage in these batteries over the past few years. Very poor at long lasting, cannot handle deep discharge. After going dead 60% of batteries will leak. All in all a poor performance of coppertop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had a bunch of copper top batteries leak in my lights. This is unreal and I hope to get compensation for my lights.

Batteries Leaked

I have used the copper tops for many years. I put 4 new AA in my new Label Maker. It was always in a lower cabinet, out of sun and no excessive heat or cold. The date code said Mar 2017, well I opened in Jan 2016 and they have leaked all over the place! Still a charge! Of course no one will ever see this. Pretty disappointed.
