ice maker and water is awful

i purchased this refrigerator in 2010. 1. its very hard to keep clean on the outside from fingerprint etc. 2. the ice maker is so hard to come out you have to push your cup all the way back for the ice to come out. the water is never cold when it comes out either
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love this refridgerator,but I'd love it a lot more if the ice maker had not quit working.Ive had this for two months and I'm a little disapointed I have to call for service. But I would buy it again.

I like everything except the icemaker

There is nothing about this refrigerator that I don't like except the fact that you have to use large cups for ice or it goes everywhere and it will spew ice cubes out onto the floor every couple of days for no reason. We don't use the water feature but everything else is great. I wish they would have done something about the ice feature, it is not good.
