We're sorry to hear of the issues encountered. How are you normally cleaning your grill? We recommend a nylon brush and warm soapy water or biodegradable grill cleaner. The product is really nice although some of the parts isn't the best
The oil tray can have better quality the paint doesn't stand the heat
But everything they lack they make up in great service

A gift from my family for father's day 2014. Ignition quite working after a couple months, two front wheels fell off after 8-9 months. Wheels are mounted into plastic and will not withstand regular movement. Uneven heating, back of grill hotter than front.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice big grill but uneven heat

This grill went together well (how did they fit so much in that box?!?!) and I like the all the surface area and multiple burners. But the heat front to back is not even close to being consistent. Even across the width of a hamburger there is a difference. I shouldn't have to flip and continually rotate the food I am grilling.
The issue seems to be the carry over tubes (which are near the rear of the grill) are supplying more direct heat than the main burners with the heat tent, especially on high. Perhaps the carry over tubes would work with less holes? Or make the carry over tubes shut off once the burner is lit. If this issue could be resolved I would then be completely satisfied with the product.

The back of your grill has carryover tubes that allow the flames to transfer from burner to burner and this creates the extra heat. This added heat will help with searing your food. Extra large cooking surface

Best grill I've ever owned. Easy to use and easy to maintain. Extra large cooking surface accomodates for a large party or family gathering. Side burner keeps sauces and sides hot at the same time.

I bought this grill a couple of months ago. Set up was pretty easy. The grill looks great with the stainless upper and black lower. Huge cooking area. The only problem I've had is the back of the grill cooks faster then the front of the grill. Side to side is fine. Once you get the hang of where the sweet spot is, it cooks great. We got it on sale so it was a great deal. A little overpriced if you had to pay full price for it. I would definitely recommend this grill if you want a stylish grill with tons of cooking space.

Well it's been almost a year since I got the new Beast! Can't beat cooking with gas can ya? With features like the "Sear Burner", and as I bought the rotisserie as well, we've been BBQing all year. It looks as new as the day I bought it. Maybe that's why I keep buying CharBroil products. Unfortunately my last one only lasted 7 years due to the English weather. Can't wait to see what happens 10 years down the road when I might have to buy a new one.
