Doesn't heat evenly. Front doesn't heat like the back, wouldn't buy another grill like this one

The back of the grill will normally be hotter because this is where the flame is carried over from burner to burner. The back of the grill will easily allow for searing. Lots of grill space to cook several different things at once at different temps. Cook steaks and mushrooms on one end while lightly grill shrimp on the other.

This is the worst grill I've ever owned. Don't buy it. The gas flow is uneven. The parts did not hold up.

Over my 69 years I've had many different Backyard Grills and in that time it seems that everytime I think Char-Broil can't out do the previous grill I'm using, they do. I started out with a Char-Broil,
then went with some other brand and quckly realized, I had made a mistake. Well guess what?
I've learned my lession. I will never own any brand but Char-Broil again. It's the greatest.

For the price, this is a pretty good grill. Problem: The heat is not uniform. It is much hotter in the back where the main gas supply line is mounted.
