Best outdoor cooker EVER!

I've had my Big Easy 3 in 1 for over 4 years. Best outdoor cooker I've ever purchased! Oiless frying a Thanksgiving turkey has been a tradition since. I've had guests ask where I had my turkey fried so that they could use the same place because it was the best they'd ever had! Smoking meats couldn't be easier and with great results. Grilling too. Cleanup is a little but of a chore but well worth the time saved and the perfect results. Want to impress friends and family with your outdoor cooking? The 3 in 1 is all you'll need!

I love my Big Easy. Can cook burgers and chicken without a grease fire. Love cooking a full turkey in it too. It is so moist inside even thought the bird may be really dark. Highly recommend this product. Easy to use. Don't have to babysit it like you do a regular BBQ grill.

I bought this on the advice of a friend. He was right on target! It was easy to set up ( minimal assembly) and I have thrown chicken , beef and vegetable les at it and it has not let me down yet. I love the fact that there are NO flare ups. I ordered the charbroil cover For it when not in use and looks great !

Saw this grill at a bbq festival and was so impressed I bought one the next day. I have been cooking up a storm on it. I ordered a few extra assesories from the charbroil website to make cooking a little easier. I have been cooking food for practice and giving it to family members to try they love the taste and I like that there is hardly any mess to clean up afterwards. Great grill won't be disappointed with this purchase.

Good Grill and Oil less roaster but NOT a smoker..

ive used my big easy for a few month now and it works great for grilling and i made a AWESOME turkey with it but it cooks way to hot for a smoker the idea was there but the temp control on it make it never be a smoker like advertised cooks way too hot and fast for a "smoker"

Is the control knob being used to adjust the temperature? Keeping the Big Easy SRG turned to a low temperature should allow it to easily smoke. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best investigate this.

Great concept, poor structural integrity.

The unit itself is a great grill, roaster, not so much as a smoker. The construction of this item is made with cheap materials. I have owned mine for approximately two years. The rotary starter quit just after one year. The outer shell rusted, but was replaced under warranty. The replacement did the same , so I was forced to re-paint it. I did re-paint the legs also. The heat shield is failing, as is the wind shield. The smoker cover and handle were also replaced under warranty. I use mine frequently, but also maintain it. This product is a great concept, but fails to deliver in structural integrity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Outdoor Cooking Unit

I received my Big Easy as a Christmas gift and love it. It is so easy to use.
Con: (1) Had to put it together, not a fan of the directions
(2) My unit does not have the dials labeled for cooking options and cleaning mode
Pros: Well worth the process of putting it together
