Most versatile piece of equipment I have ever owned. Best All-in-One. Gotta get one for yourself. Best of all easy clean up with the drip tray. I am always trying to find something to cook in it.

I brought my SRG on Nov, 13 2013, just in time for Thanksgiving. I own a turkey fryer which I have used many times. But my wife wanted to be able to use it as well. But she was afraid of starting a huge fire, so I purchased the SRG. The only difference was the deep fried turkey was much more crispier than the SRG. The taste were identical. My wife uses the SRG as much as I do. I have done turkeys, chickens, chinese spare ribs, roast pork, prime rib roasts, burgers, hot dogs, etc. I highly recommend purchasing the hinged basket makes getting meats out of the basket easier and the 22 piece accessory kit, for making kabobs and hanging type meats.

This thing does everything! Smoke, Roast, and Grill! Fast to heat up, No flame ups!

We received the Infrared Turkey Fryer a year ago last Christmas. We liked it so well that I took it to the cabin and got the larger Smoker, Roaster, and Grill for home. Thanksgiving turkey got rave reviews. I do ribs all the time, and the K-bobs are fantastic. (On the K-bob potatoes, parboil to partially done.) We love it, and have thrown out the full-sized grill. Yes, I can cook burgers for 8-10 people, but it does take a bit of planning. For 3-4 I do veggies and meat. An added bonus- no grease fires. I bought and use most of the accessories. It is more fun to use, and it's worth a bit of conversation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like it as a smoker but am not completely impressed with using it as a grill. Works good for hot dogs though!

My wife gave me the SRG for Valentine's Day this year. I immediately fell out of love with her and TOTALLY in love with the SRG!! I've cooked full chickens, chicken legs, quarters, and wings, pork chops, and tuna steaks. ALL were cooked plain or with rubs/sauces/marinades to absolute perfection - tender inside, juicy, crispy where applicable, never burnt, and always full of flavor :-). My wife and guests were amazed at the results of my culinary endeavors so far. As far as I'm concerned, the SRG is neck and neck with my grill as my primary means of cooking. I can't believe I didn't discover this product sooner!!! To the folks at Charbroil - you just gained yourselves a [free] sales rep in the Harrisburg, PA area!

Owned Numerous grills both gas and charcoal. Like this one best of all. Have smoked roasted and grilled with it. Grill most of the time

I received the SRG for Christmas and am thrilled beyond belief with it. I have done chickens, turkeys, ribs, corn ins the cob, baked potatoes and the list goes on and on. This is so easy to use and everything turns out just great. I brag about it and recommend it to friends all the time. Just a great product.
