We've smoked, roasted, grilled & "oilless fried". Everything comes out awesome! Our favorite baked potatoes come from the Big Easy Smoker. I recommend it to everyone!

I got this as a birthday gift Dec 2013. I have used it several times with great results. The only problem I am having is with the smoker box. It is very hard to keep the box attached to the smoker body. I have to force it to latch on and then almost impossible to remove it. I would like to know if anyone else is having this problem. I also ordered the custom cover, it is very well made.

I love the Big Easy Smoker but I am confused about a request for a review now. It has been over a year since I purchased anything. Service was good and product is great but this survey is completely untimely. Survey should be shortly after purchase, not a year later.
