I think it's a great cooker. Installation instructions were easy to follow and it really delivers what it promises as far as cooking quality.

Great for turkeys, roasts, boston butts and almost anything else. Very reasonable as far as fuel usage goes and with a little adjustment for heat the upper part on the grill can be used for baking as we found out when the oven broke on Christmas Eve and we had to improvise.

Almost Perfect

The Big Easy is almost perfect in every way. It cooks 14 lb turkeys in an hour and a half and they are the most juicy you will ever have. I have made brisket and pulled pork and they have come out great. The only shortcoming is the smoker box. It is difficult to keep going during a long, slow cook. If the smoke box was larger and could smoke better on the lowest setting the Big Easy would be the best thing going!

I've had mine for more than 1 year - use it frequently and LOVE IT! Quick to start, easy to use, excellent finished results. (ALWAYS LET IT WARM UP AT LEAST 10 MINUTES on HIGH even if you are going to cook at a lower temp -15 is even better). RECOMMEND USING A "MEAT" THERMOMETER - A GOOD ONE.)

I purchased the "Big Easy 3 in 1 after watching numerous videos and researching online. I am 62 and have had my share of grills. All types This by far has met all my expectations. I love the variety of cooking style and the accessories. The fact that when using the grill portion you do not have to worry about flare ups and hot spots is great.
It is February and I got my Big Easy for Christmas and I live in Wisconsin. Cooks great in the cold weather! Really looking forward to Summer grilling with this unit..

I had been looking at a Big Easy for a few years and decided to bit the bullet to buy this unit because of the lid and smoker ability. I have done many many types of meat in this unit and all have come out very well. I have done many chicken legs and whole chickens. all have come out with crispy skins and moist meat. I had to get use to the timing part of cooking on this unit, next may be a Boston butt or shoulder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great smoker and broiler

I am very happy with my Big Easy Char-broiler once I bought a hanging oven thermometer and hung it off the basket I am now able to regulate the temp and cook at the proper temp. I use it at least once a week since I got it for Christmas 2014.
