Most versatile outdoor cooker

This product allows me all the joys of grilling, smoking, and frying foods whilebeing able to produce similar results of wood/charcoal all in a dramatically reduced time. Fall off the bone smoked ribs in 3.5 hours. Smoked and “fried” chicken wings in 45 mins. Not to mention all the grilling, and moat consistent cooking due to the in-direct heat system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally, a smoker that grills!

I've had the Big Easy for a year now. I bought it to replace a 5 burner w/side burner monster that took up the end of my upper deck. This little guy does EVERYTHING. Grills steaks, makes great cheese burgers and...I smoked and cooked an entire pork shoulder for pulled pork BBQ!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this unit for almost five years. I use it several times a week to cook just about everything. It is the most versatile outdoor cooking appliance I have ever owned.

I’ve had my Big Easy smoker, roaster, grill for five years now. I received it as a work anniversary gift and it was one of the best gifts I’ve ever received! IT’s very versatile and compact. The Big Easy as a grill has good, consistent heat and is easy to control, reducing flaming and flare ups that our other gas grill can have. Smoking and roasting in the Big Easy is also simple. The only drawback here with smoking is you have to invest in a good meat thermometer as the infrared technology while consistent and even, does occur quickly. Just stay aware of how your meat is cooking and it will turn out perfectly. This is not a slow smoker, but provides a great smoky flavor and char without hours and hours of smoking time as an electric or coal/wood smoker would take. The compact size of the Big Easy allows us to take this on camping trips. We call it the “R2D2” because it does resemble R2D2 a bit.

The Big Easy does it all! I've had mine for 2 years and have not had anything to even suggest complaining about & I've cooked everything with it. It fries, grills , smokes and some. This product makes it easy to cook anything you want. I've done whole turkeys & chickens. I roasted & smoked both pork & beef & grilled cuts & pieces of everything you can imagine .It all came out tender & juicy & I've got nothing but raves for how everything tastes. It even lets you experiment with the different kinds of wood for smoking since you don't need a whole lot of wood chips to fill it & don't have to soak them either. The configuration even lets you cook a complete meal at once entrée & sides. I'm probably going to get another one this year & give this 1 to my son for his use since he's always bugging to use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great all around product

It's a great all purpose product.Makes the juiciest steaks ,burgers don;t burn because there are no fare ups. chicken breast come out moist and juicy ,vegetables don,t fall threw the grates. You can smoke the best ribs, low and slow. no problem cooking ,smoking a 18lb. turkey.It's just the best investment in a outdoor all around product. you can't go wrong with THE BIG EASY.

The big easy grill cooked all our dinners for 6 days of no power after hurricane Irma. Grilled pizza is the best and its the perfect size!

It doesn't have enough temperature control. Cooks too fast for a "smoker"
