I use the grill option more then i smoke its so convenient

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE UNIT!

Purchased in the spring. Love the functionality, and ease of moving it with us wherever we go! It logged over 3,000 miles with us on camping trips this year. Loads in the Motor home, rides well, and we have used it for everything from pizza to smoked chicken and ribs. With the smoker rack/basket, you can assemble and cook your entire meal at the same time. We have eaten some wonderful creations while camping! Highly recommend!

Cooking perfection

I've had my Big Easy for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it. SteAks and chicken are tender and juicy, not dry. You can "fry" a turkey to perfection in no time at all. I have seriously considered buying a couple and storing them in case they are ever discontinued.

I have had this unit for over a year and store it outside without a cover and no rust. It is very well built and cooks very consistently. Your chicken will come out super moist with the crispiest skin ever.
And for cooking up to 8 burgers, there is nothing more convenient than the infrared grill grate with a few cherry wood chips.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best roaster I have ever used.

I picked this out as a retirement gift and I'm glad I did. I used it to cook a 14lb turkey at camp this last Thanksgiving. It cooked much faster than it would have on a BBQ so one needs to keep an eye on the temperature. It was by far the most appealing looking bird I have ever cooked with its rich dark crisp skin and the meat was juicy and tender. Using this also freed up the BBQ to warm the ham and sides. I can't wait to put some wood chips in next time.

This is the best Grill I've ever owned. Since we travel as campers a lot we take it with us. I've cooked whole chicken, steak, burgers, hot dogs, Baby Back Ribs and Prime Rib Roast. My wife and I loves this Grill.
