best grill

I bought this grill from a shopping network channel got it home and made some sausages and burger and mussels wow talk about juicy and good. my wife was saying that it tatste so good as well as the kids saying the same thing

So many options to cook! Easy

We love this Big Easy 3 in 1....We have found so many ways to cook and quickly with such ease. Have only used the smoker 2 times and it works great so delicious! Everything we cook is quick and meats are moist. Wow and doing veggies on here is quicker than indoors. Have even done breakfast on a cast iron skillet. What's not to love about this unit?

Pleasantly surprised!

Assembly was easy. 20-30 minutes. High quality product. I seasoned the grill per the instructions. Grilled steaks for the test run. Turned out great! Burgers next. Then roasted some chichen thighs. Everything was wonderful. I can't wait to do a whole chicken.

I have the Big Easy Grill, Smoker, Roaster and it truly is the "Big Easy". I have used it in grill mode and grilled the best chicken breasts I have ever done. I then smoked 8 to 9 pound of Pork Tenderloin and that turned out excellent!!!! I am getting ready to do a turkey and I am expecting the same results.

Not a Slow Smoker

I love the roasting feature. Meats are juicy and full of flavor. Clean up is easy. However, there's not direct heat to the grill so you won't get good grill marks and you don't get the grilled flavor on the meat when using this solid grill top and indirect heat that you do on a grill that exposes the meat to flames. Lastly and most sadly, on the propane model I have, you cannot get the temperature lower than 325 (I use the Maverick dual probe Model ET-733 digital thermometer) so slow smoking is out of the question. That said, you CAN taste the smoke on meat that's cooked faster at these higher temperatures. Just don't follow a recipe that has the meat smoking at 225 and DEFINATELY use a good digital thermometer preferably a dual probe--one for the cooker and one for your meat! Also, I put four little 8-oz cans in the bottom of mine below the basket and keep them filled with water. I really believe that moisture helps the meat stay moist and the smoke to stick to the meat better.

Exactly as advertised

No effort, cooked steak evenly all the way though. Have to say the best steak I've ever grilled. I'm 58 and have cooked lots.of steaks over the years. First time I've grilled hamburgers and had absolutely no flame-up.

If You Like To Smoke, Roast or Grill, This Is 4-U!

This has been the best smoker I have ever owned. The turkey, Chicken, fish, ham and ribs are to die for. The only draw back is my meat bill has now doubled because everyone wants some! I couldn't afford to feed my son-in-law any longer, so I solved the problem by purchasing him a Big Easy too!! Trust me, that was the cheapest way out, LOL!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
