big easy is the best

I received a big easy smoker for a 25 yr. service reward it is the BEST from smoking a turkey to doing a 20 lb. primerib gonna give a couple away for Christmas presents

GREATEST GRILL EVER!

I received the grill as a Christmas present in 2014 and use it all year round. This year for Thanksgiving I smoked/grilled/roasted my first turkey (14 lbs) and after 5 and a half hours it came out great! Was seriously the best turkey I have ever had, super juicy (after a 24 hour brine) and I was worried about drying it out! The absolute thing I love is that you can put vegetables in the basket under the grill and do whatever you want up top, but EVERY SPOT ON THE GRILL IS THE SAME TEMPERATURE! No more worrying if this one is done or this one is done, I don't care what you put on there, each chicken, pork, steak, kabob or whatever is evenly done!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does many types of grilling

This is a very useful grill. I have a wood pellet grill I use in the summer in Minnesota but I bought this for the rain and snow. I grill all year. The heat for smoking can somewhat be adjusted by the location of the meat or whatever your grilling. The closer to the bottom the cooler it becomes. I adder a temperature gage at the top and it reads much higher then in the bottom of the basket. I use my pellets in the smoke tray and the flavor is wonderful, if I grill or slow cook. So many options the turkey was wonderful the ham very good and the chicken is easy! Add some potatoes to the basket and you have a meal. Did have a issue with the gas knob freezing up on me when it was below zero but I think I just have to make sure to get it hot enough before I shut it down. Good grilling!

I bought it last spring and have used it almost weekly ever since. Great for smoking chicken thighs, baby back ribs, etc. Very controllable when grilling steaks and burgers.
Their service department (Mary) was fast and courteous to send out a replacement gas controller that failed.

I love this thing. should have bought it years ago

I love this as a smoker roaster. I have a grill. I have had 3-4 char-broil grills and gave one to my son when he got his first home. I do have one issue with my big easy 3 in 1.. i want to get the internal temperature down to 250-275. it runs 350-375 even on the lowest setting which is where I turn it when it starts to smoke. How do I drop that temperature. I am cooking a shoulder this weekend and really need the help.

Best Smoker/Grill Combo

My wonderful wife purchased this unit for me since I have been reading reviews and ratings over the last few months.... It came in 2.27.16, the first grill was chicken breast...(phenomenal) the next was a London broil....(exquisite) and the next will more than likely be either a turkey breast or brisket....
