Awsome !!

Got my Big Easy about 2 weeks ago, and I finally got to use it.. After I seasoned it,
I used the grill to cook some burgers, and they came out GREAT !! The only thing it needs is a therometer on the lid, I like to see how hot it is before putting my food on the grill..I like it about 400* Looks like I`m going to drill a hole on the lid, and install a thermometer. I hope that you will soon have the larger aluminum liners to catch the drippings..
I used the grill to cook some burgers, and they came out GREAT !! no flare-ups

Have been looking for years for a grill that I can cook on WITHOUT grease fires. I've used this grill several times with no grease flare ups and no need to burn-off the previous cooking before starting again. Excellent design and produces nice grill marks as well.....The roaster function works well too. If you require cooking 20 burgers at a time, buy 2 of these ....you will be well pleased.

Great except for smoker box

Received as gift from my son and found it worked/cooked perfectly except for the smoker box which jams in the frame. Had to pry it out to refill with chips for next cooking job. Fits too tight to frame. Jams even when attempting to put in and remove at an angle as instructions say. This may be a useless feature if can't figure out way to make it work easier. Reluctant to pry too vigorously for fear of bending the box and/or frame. Too bad, too, cause it does smoke properly.

I love the Big Easy smoker roaster & grill. I have had it for about a year and it does everything I want it to do. I've cooked ribs, chicken, hamburgers, kebobs, & vegetables on it or in it. It's easy to clean and doesn't take up much space. Best grill I've ever had!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE SRG

I purchased this SRG before reading the reviews. When I read some of the reviews regarding how difficult it was to assemble I considered sending this big box back to HSN I worked up to courage to open it and attempt to put it together I DID IT!! It really was not difficult at all. I then seasoned it as directed and with fingers crossed proceeded to smoke an eleven pound brisket cut in half. I used mesquite and cherry wood chips and to my amazement in approximately three hours I had a PERFECTLY done brisket!!! Thank you Charbroil for this SRG!!

Best Grill Ever

I took a chance on this style grill. I was happily surprised when I started using it. Because the burner is at the bottom, the food does not burn. I've cooked burgers, steaks, Vega tables and none burned. You get great grill marks. The only down side is the small chip holder. Seems like the chips last about 20 minutes. The book advises to not soak them, however I will try that.
I would recommend this to a friend!
