[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a pedestal on my dryer that is older. No drawer, but it is only 10 inches high and raises the machine just enough so my back is not strained. I ihave shelf on top with my laudnry supplies on turntables. The new 13-5/8 pedestal with a drawer is too high for me to put a shelf on top to reach my laudry soap and other supplies. The drawer is so low I can't use it due to my back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
