[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pedestals work perfectly with the washer and dryer. I could not imagine the washer and dryer without them, they would be much too low to use easily. Make sure you get the pedestals if you get the front load washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new washer and dryer. They are deeper than the old ones and harder to reach down in to get clothes out. So, after the fact, we had the company come back and install the pedestals. Great addition! It makes unloading clothes and moving them from washer to dryer so much easier. Also having the drawers in the bottom for storing things is very helpful.

I bought this after buying the LG washer. The salesperson said that the washer would fit on my Whirlpool pedestal. It wouldn't so I had to make a last minute call to Lowes (where I got the LG washer). The salesperson (different one) and the manager worked to allow me to get the pedestal ordered over the phone and delivered with the washer.

Purchased and delviery was supposed to be within a week or so. The item was lost in transit and LG refused so send a replacement or issue me a credit. I am disputing the charge, but this poor service should be avoided!!
