pedestal height is too low for any US detergent

When LG created this pedestal they didn’t take into account the height of most US detergent bottles. It’s slightly shorter than the height of most bottles so you’re either forced to put soap in there laying down or transferring it to another bottle before using it

Very Happy with Pedestals

I am so glad we got the pedestals to go with our new washer and dryer. They make them look that much more gorgeous and I love being to store all of our laundry supplies hidden from view.

If you don't want to bend your back for years to come, you need to buy these pedestals for your matching washer and dryer. It's a great way to store detergent and your appliance manuals. Because of the chardonnay color, you will have to pay more for these pedestals. I thought the price was too high, but they probably don't make too many of this special color. They are well made and the drawers slide out smoothly.

I was not going to get a pedestal but the fact it was high enough to put my detergent in changed my mine.

Great pedestals; wished they were less expensive

Purchased for both washer and dryer. Adds height so one does not have to bend over or squat. Lots of storage space. The only downfall is large containers of liquid detergent do not fit. This will probably be a no-brainer as plastic reduction continues and we have packets in all detergents. I think the pedestals should be included in the cost of the washer or dryer and not sold separately. It is a much needed accessory.

No more bending

I have a pedistal under both my new LG Front Loading Washer and Front Loading Dryer. This puts the doors at the right height so that I do not have to bend to load, unload, or transfer clothes.
The pedistal would be MUCH better if the drawer could be pulled completely out for cleaning under the washer and dryer

Perfect height for loading and unloading

The stack units are a bit pricey but overall it is nice not to have to bend down to load and unload the washer & dryer. I would have given it all five stars had the stack units not cost so much. Basically, the drawers are made of plastic although the stack frame is metal.

Love the pedestals

I bought these to go with the matching front load washer and dryer and I love them. I don't have to bend way over to do my wash and they provide much needed extra storage. They are heavy duty and very well made.
