Bought pedestal for storage. We customized height with cabinets, but NO bottles for Detergent /softner, spray bottles etc do not fit! WASTE OF MONEY

My old set (another brand) had pedestals that were big enough to put a bottle of laundry soap or fabric softener in.. these do not. So basically the only thing they do is hold the units up off the floor.. not a good bang for the buck..

Pedestals are junk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these pedestals with my LG washer and dryer. The drawers have parts that are supposed to hold the drawers closed but they are made of cheap plastic and break in normal use in and adult only household. Don't buy these.

extremely overpriced for a drawer.
standard detergent bottles don't fit - you have to lay them down, which can spill or leak.
Makes washer and dryer too high and closes in a small laundry room.
I strongly regret buying them.

Engineers failed to figure the height of detergent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What normally goes into a laundry storage drawer? Regular sized laundry detergent. Not in this one...only small sized detergent unless you want to lay them flat and risk a spill that you cannot clean up because the drawer does not fully release. Little more work LG, little more work.

Love this drawer!

I purchased this drawer - one each for my new washer and dryer. I knew, from using my daughter's front loaders that bending over to load and unload would kill my back, which was already giving me problems. I did not intend, nor even think about, storing laundry products in them as there is ample cabinet space in my laundry room to accommodate those things, and I don't have to bend to reach them. The laundry room is right next to the family room so I store warm throws in one of them. I can't leave them on the sofas and chairs because of one yellow and white Maine Coon who leaves his fur everywhere. The one under the dryer stores miscellaneous things like old beat up towels for cleaning up emergency spills, extra curtains for the family room (can't leave things the same for long). In my opinion, these drawers are one of the best purchases I made when moving into my new home.

The drawers will not hold a large bottle of detergent upright. They're not tall enough.

NICE BUT FALLS SHORT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pedestal is very nice however it is too short to put the big liquid detergent containers in. This was a disappointment. LG needs to consider making the drawers taller.
