LP GAS Range

I selected this range because I can use LP gas, which is a great feature. I love the 5th burner and the simmer function.

One minor issue!

It would be nice for the instructions to add a section showing how the convection temperature and time will change compared to instructions on food containers. I suspect cooking at those temperatures and times on convect might overcook a meal! I like the 5 burners and HUGE oven;}
