cooking with gas again

I like the slide in feature the way it seals to the counter top. the low end stop is great. the last time i had a gas range (many years ago) it was hard to get a low flame without it going out.
i am not very tall and the height of the stove top is getting some used to as it it about 2" higher than the counter top.

Old stove went up and could not be repaired due to parts unavailability (electronics). This stove has great features and abilities. Rapid water boil burner. Some burners can be turned down to a very low simmer. Oven has both convection and conventional abilities. Very attractive and heavy built.

Let's keep this simple. I had a low end range for most of my life and would not have believed that an expensive one like this would really make a difference. I was wrong. This thing cooks like a dream. With the different burners you can select the one that provides the level of heat best for that food. Nothing burns and the pans clean up easily. The oven is the same. Everything comes out perfect. Cooking is fun again!
