Nine years old and needing a new motherboard/oben control Control control board. So frustrating and not happy with this product. And my nine-year-old GE refrigerator/freezer is having icemaker problems. I'm very frustrated with GE appliances. All bought new nine years ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great, i looked at the stainless model and only feature missing on mine is warmer drawer, was hoping it was the same.

I ordered this range June 5 and it was backordered twice... finally arrived and it was worth the wait!! Not only does it look good but its a pleasure to use. This appliance is well appointed.

This is, by far, the worst cooktop I've ever used.
Absolutely less-than-expected performance.
It takes forever to even boil water on any burner but the power burner.
I am a canner. I need a good stove. This stove just ticks me off.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review on your new gas range. While we’re glad to hear you love your oven, we regret you are not happy with the surface units. At 17,000 BTU’s, the Power Boil burner will give you the fastest heat-up time and is the best burner to use for boiling and canning. The right front burner is the next highest at 11,000 BTU’s.
As long as your flames are blue, your rangetop is cooking at its proper performance level. If your flames are not blue, we recommend that you check with your installer and/or the gas company so that proper adjustments can be made.
For best cooking results on all ranges, cookware with a flat bottom surface is highly recommended. Please see our following link for details:
