Disappointed! One product not functional.

Either this site or my computer is not functioning properly. This is my second attempt to comment.
I bought a package of black ink cartridge 45 and tri-color ink cartridge 78. The black was fine. The color didn't print until I stumbled on the printer's self-test report. The black did its job. The color named "cyan" "magenta" "yellow" etc., but printed in only magenta or yellow inks. I'm in the midst of getting this problem solved.

I can always count on HP ink products. They do not smear my copies like others do and last long time. I always able to make more copies that what the suggestion do.

I bought some knock-off ink for real cheap. It worked for a while but when I decided to order the HP product I realized how much difference there was in the quality. Order the real thing.!!!

I was well satisfied with my purchase. I will never buy anything but HP OEM inkjet cartridges. Personally, I prefer HP above all other brands of printers.

Not compatible

Have bought several packs of 901 color and 901xl black cartridges. Today my j4580 tells me the xl cartridge is not compatible. Tried it several times and no go. Can't find out any info about this. My opinion is don't buy.
