have tried none HP products before. was very disappointed. Ruined my printer. Resolved then and there to not use refills or non-HP products.

When I bought my printer online this ink cartridge popped up and message said make sure to order extra ink for your printer. The ink cartridge was not the correct one and had to arrange return and reorder the right one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

printer only printing red

I bought new ink cause I thought I was low. After cleaning the printer heads and replacing both cartridges, still only printing RED EVERYTHING. It's almost impossible to find answers on the help board. Guess I'll have to buy a new printer and am stuck with BRAND NEW cartridges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
