Disappointing - trigger broke

I was pleased with the job it did the first month I had it. I cleaned my floors weekly. Got it out to use the first week of November and the trigger broke. Very poorly made of cheap plastic. After reading many reviews with the same problem, I think it’s safe to say Swiffer and/or Bissell are aware of the poor quality of their product. Expected much more from both companies. What a disappointment.

Lever broken again

Cleans well but made poorly. I’ve had 2 mops and lever breaks easily. Still debating if I should get another one because I already know what is going to happen to it in a few months

Lever breaks too easily, floors end up sticky

After the third one ending the same way, with the broken spring lever that makes the mop obsolete since no steam comes out, leaving the floors quite sticky

Makes mopping a breeze

I've been using my Steamboost for a few months now and have had no issues. It's sturdy (including the lever!), heats up quickly, and cleans really well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lever Broke, Minimal Steam.

Disappointed in the quality that you would expect from Bissell and Swiffer. After one use, the lever broke, deeming the device obsolete. The quality of the clean was no better than the spray and mop. Steam was minimal and cloths lasted maybe 25 square feet until they started to fray. Terrible design and extremely overpriced for the lack of quality. Sent in the form for a refund.

Handle trigger broke

I purchased the steamboost and used it on my floors. I went and purchased a box of clothes and then the trigger broke. I called Bissell trying to get the replacement handle and they're claiming no repair. It is sad because I liked the way the Bissell Steamboost cleaned up really quick. I feel like I wasted my money

Just get a Shark.

Just get a Shark. This works no better than a regular Swiffer. The pads are wet pads like a cheap Swiffer, and do not "scrub" despite the steam feature.

Steam Trigger Breaks After Only a Few Uses

I bought a steam boost and after only 2 months of normal use the steam trigger broke. I figured it was a fluke so I purchased a second one....thankfully it was on sale. That one also just broke and I used it even less than the first one. It’s a disappointing product and I won’t be buying any more in the future.
