works great for a short time

The swiffer Bissell cleans vynal plank flooring very nicely. However, after only a year the steamer stopped working. Would not buy again due to poor longevity of this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great while it works

Loved the clean feeling I got when using this on my wooden floors. I use both dry and wet swiffers around the house but with this you can tell the difference. Unfortunately mine stopped working all of a sudden. I pressed the button and it slides down while never turning on. Not great on the quality department if it doesn't last for long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for any home

Bought one about a year ago. It finally broke, it will no longer heat up. But for the price & for what it does we will buy another. We have 2 dogs & we have all tile throughout the downstairs. But this can handle the whole downstairs very well considering it’s size. Don’t have to spend hours scrubbing & window fresh scent smells great for days after use!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Product! Steam Trigger Broke

I love this product! I used it often until the steam trigger on my mop broke. I am currently looking to purchase another but pricing has gone up in the couple years since I bought mine. I may have to wait to re-purchase. But, I would recommend this item.

Love the product, but.....

I love this product but on my ceramic tile floors rubbing back and forth the edge that you tuck in is not long enough and I have to stop several times to tuck it back in...they need to be a 1/2 to 1/4 inch longer than they are so they will stay tucked in

Works but.....

A little pricey, but pleased with performance. Difficult to maneuver in corners and I had to go back to clean them with paper towel. I don't like how the pad is attached and I would recommend a more secure method like a metal bar that clips into place.

Great product, poor constuction. Trigger broke

I like the concept of the steamboost and it worked great for a short period of time. Then the trigger broke on it and no way to fix. Bought another and the same thing happened to it. Not going for a third attempt.
