I've got two of these dead in my closet. The trigger just stops in the middle of a job. The exact same thing has happened twice. What I really want is a high quality steam mop that I can use with the swiffer pads. Any advice on which one to buy? This is so disappointing. Grrr.

Apparently the trigger breaking is a huge problem on these! I absolutely loved using this but the trigger broke and I hate it. I got on here to try and get another one but after reading the reviews I have decided against it. Hopefully there’s another product that will do the same thing but better quality.

Purchased one Steamboost and was happy with how clean it was leaving the floors, until the trigger all of a sudden broke and would not work again. Bought a second Steamboost, thinking maybe it was my fault the first time around, but the trigger broke AGAIN. There is obviously an issue with this and it should be taken off the shelves until it is solved. Huge waste of money.

Trigger broke

I didn't know that other people have the same issues but, just day my steam mop trigger broker/ snapped and small plastic part came out. Really a faulty product.

Clearly a faulty design. And it looks as if it's discontinued in Canada. All I want is the top part of the pole with the trigger in place. HUge disappointment.

Easy to use, cannot find pads!

Good product for wood floors. Can't believe replacements are no longer available. What can be used in place of the original? A little disappointed with Swiffer over this matter.

Bought the steamboost and enjoyed the results. Now despite not being listed as discontinued, no major retailers carry refills on the pads. Did I waste my money on this product and why is the proper status not listed for it?

We liked the Steamboost, and when the trigger broke, we replaced it. Now P&G no longer provides the Steam Pad Refills. Now I'm looking for a similar product, that hopefully, the company will provide support for. In the meantime, BYE BYE Swiffer. It was nice using your products.
