this really was my favorite product to clean with. And now that you discontinued the pads I am forced to find a another company and product to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

That's totally messed up that the pads are no longer sold. Even though it says no to use any other pads with it I don't see I have a choice not to. If anything happens it is your as a company fault.

I have had mine for 4 years with no issues. I even lent it to my mother for 6 months of this time. Still works amazing.

I love this stem mop. My daughter loves it more than me she actually mops without being asked. Cleans wonderfully. But the however. I have 2 they both have the same issue. They no longer produce steam.. We have cats and the extra bust of heat helps get any hair up. And they are no longer sold where I purchased them both. So while it works its great.

Good product for quick cleaning

Great for a quick cleaning ...works well on ceramic and washable laminate flooring...pad doesn't come off. Only thing is that here in Ontario, Canada no longer available...would like to get more steam boost pads. Could I use regular Swiffer wet pads?

Trigger broke

After using this for about 3 years the trigger broke, took it part and there is no way to fix it. Was going to buy another until I read these reviews that the trigger keeps breaking . Thanks I wont be wasting any money on this product. Plus it gets expensive buying the pads. I have a steamer with cloth and I can wash it over and over. Going to stick with that..
