This product is great, so why can't I get it?

Is there a reason it was discontinued that we should all be aware of? Otherwise, I purchased a steam mop that is of no use to me at all any longer, as it states not to use other pads... What now? I love my steam mop, but if you discontinue the only pads that work, you should offer an alternative or a good explanation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out! We hope it helps to know that you can use our Swiffer Wet cloths on the Swiffer Bissell Steamboost. You may want to squeeze out some of the excess solution before using them, as the Steamboost device will add liquid to it. Also, the Steamboost mop head is slightly larger than Swiffer Sweeper, so you may need to stretch the cloths a bit to get them into the grippers. Please know we took the decision to discontinue our Steamboost Steam Pads very seriously after the device was discontinued, and we understand loyal users like you may be disappointed. I have had mine for 4 years with no issues. I even lent it to my mother for 6 months of this time. Still works amazing.

Bissell Steam Mop 31N1 replacement pads discoed.

Have owned a Bissell Steam Mop for 7 years and replacement pads have been discontinued making it unusable. Would rate it a 5 stars but without pads its worthless. Why would a large company like P&G make such a poor decision? Just curious. For sure will think twice about purchasing any newer Bissell Products.

For any questions about the device itself or why it was discontinued, please give them a call at 1-866-860-2392. The good news is those years with your Steamboost don’t have to be over! We recommend using our Swiffer Wet cloths, though you may want to squeeze out some of the solution before using them, as the Steamboost will add more, The Steamboost mop head is also slightly larger than our Sweeper, so you may need to stretch the pad a bit to get them to fit the grippers. I love this stem mop. My daughter loves it more than me she actually mops without being asked. Cleans wonderfully. But the however. I have 2 they both have the same issue. They no longer produce steam.. We have cats and the extra bust of heat helps get any hair up. And they are no longer sold where I purchased them both. So while it works its great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good product for quick cleaning

Great for a quick cleaning ...works well on ceramic and washable laminate flooring...pad doesn't come off. Only thing is that here in Ontario, Canada no longer available...would like to get more steam boost pads. Could I use regular Swiffer wet pads?

Trigger broke

After using this for about 3 years the trigger broke, took it part and there is no way to fix it. Was going to buy another until I read these reviews that the trigger keeps breaking . Thanks I wont be wasting any money on this product. Plus it gets expensive buying the pads. I have a steamer with cloth and I can wash it over and over. Going to stick with that..

The best product ever made by Procter and Gamble

I’m devastated that you’re no longer making the pads that go with the Steammop. Regardless of what anyone else tells you, this is the best product you’ve ever made. I’ve already tried the other pads and they’re okay but not the same as the others. I would’ve stocked up if I knew they were going away. :( Theres nothing like this Steammop on expensive tile floors. Thank you for your time.
