You've GOT to be kidding :(

My trust has been violated. I used up the small box of refills that came with my Steam Boost and I can't get anymore??? The mops should have been removed from store shelves when you discontinued them. Please fire whoever made a decision to abandon the product like this and leave your customers to fend for themselves. Bissell is dead to me.

It may be helpful to know that our Swiffer Bissell Steamboost device has been discontinued, and this led to the refills being discontinued as well. We can assure you that decisions to discontinue products are always thought out very carefully, and we'll be sure to share your comments with the rest of our team. We're happy to say that you can continue to enjoy using your Steamboost with our base Wet cloths. You may want to squeeze out some of the excess solution before use, as the Steamboost device will add liquid to it. Also, the Steamboost mop head is slightly larger than Swiffer Sweeper, so you may need to stretch the cloths a bit to get them into the grippers. I was disappointed to learn that you had discontinued production of the steamboost refills but noticed that you had recommended the wet mopping cloths as an alternative. I thought I may as well give them a try and to my surprise, I actually prefer them over the original refills. They do a wonderful job in cleaning my tile floor and the green scrubbing strip is an added bonus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm very very disappointed that the Swiffer Bissell is discontinued I really love it. Its really bad that y'all discontinued the wet pads also y'all did not have to discontinue the pads to now how are we supposed to use the Swiffer Bissell steamer because money do not grow on trees it would be nice if you could give us some of our money back.

I see your responses regarding discontinuing the pads.Several other businesses discontinued cleaning products just before the pandemic. Instead of regrouping and producing them again, you just claim we can use other products.

Make the pads again!

Loved my swiffer bissell steamboost, right up until you discontinued the pads. Like many other reviewers here, unhappy with the decision to stop makeing the correct pads. I have tried using wet pads, bar mops, wash cloths, etc. Nothing works the same as the origional.

It may help if you squeeze out some of the Swiffer Wet pad solution before use, as the Steamboost device will add liquid to it. Also, the Steamboost mop head is slightly larger than Swiffer Sweeper, so you may need to stretch the cloths a bit to get them into the grippers.
