I love this product!!! It smells great and cleans really well. When I first plugged it in I thought it wasnt working because it is quiet. I have tried other steam mops before and they were much louder. Five Stars!!!! I will definitely recommend this product.

Swiffer Steamboost Powered by Bissell

I used this product to clean my tile floors. I was somewhat impressed by what the Swiffer Steamboost Powered by Bissell could do.
Here are some pro's about this product:
1) It's lightweight
2) It's easy to maneuver around- gets into small spaces also
3) It's easy to put together
4) It has a nice, extra long cord attached to it
5) It has an easy to fill water tank
6) Very easy to put Swiffer Steamboost pads on this product
7) You can see the dirt, grime, and pet hair on the Steamboost pad
8) Does a good job of picking up dirt, grime, and pet hair
9) The Steamboost pads do clean the floor, but only after scrubbing constantly

Here are the con's of this product:
1) Not a whole lot of steam comes out of this product while cleaning
2) A lot of scrubbing is still required on stubborn stains, regardless of steam

4) Trigger button seems very flimsy, doesn't always work when you want steam

Overall, this product is okay. It does clean your floors, with your hard work and somewhat from the steam. I was expecting more steam to come from this product. I felt like I still had to do a lot of scrubbing on my tile floors because of the lack of steam coming from the product. When using this product, the Steamboost pads did bring up a lot of the dirt, grime, and pet hair I had missed when I swept before. When comparing this product to my past experiences of using a mop and a bucket, I would say that this Swiffer Steamboost is easier to use, and more sanitary. I would recommend this product, for someone who doesn't mind putting a little bit more work into cleaning their floors. If you don't want a whole lot of steam, while your cleaning, then this is the product for you. But if your looking for something that offers superior cleaning and great steam power, then this is definitely not the product for you. I guess I would purchase the Swiffer Steamboost Powered by Bissell. I like how easy it was to use, and it came with Steamboost refills. I didn't like the amount of scrubbing I still had to do, and the fact that there wasn't a whole lot of steam. I would purchase this product because it is easier, convenient, and more sanitary, compared to using a mop and bucket. I believe that everyone that tries this product, will have to be the judge, if this is right for them or not.

Swiffer works wonders Again!!

First off I would like to say that I love swiffer products, but it was just to much money to spend on them right now with having to have the cleaners, pads, ect. They have always worked wonderfully for me which is a big ordeal seems how I have six children, we have a lot of messes on a daily basis. I was kinda skeptical for this to work, as I've never used a steam mop before. So for my experiment I waited until I hadn't cleaned my floors in 4 days. I wanted them to be as nasty and dirty as possible! In my front room is lanolin. I started her first, most of the dirt in here is just from walking in and out of the house, not really many spills. It worked wonderfully in here and I was done much faster than I am with a mop. Plus the cleaning pads smell amazing! Next was my dining room, where there is hardwood floors. My youngest child is 11 months old and loves to throw his food off his highchair, so needless to say we had stumped in pop-tart. Now most moms will agree, this is one of the worse things to have on your floors, you normally have to scrap it off with a knife. With the swiffer, it was very easy, I let it sit for about 45 seconds, rolled it over it, and repeated about 4 times, no scrubbing what so ever and it was completely gone!!! This right here has me sold, I now am in love with this product! My hardwood floor looks amazing after using it also. Next was my kitchen, which has tile in it. it worked very well in there also! I was amazed that I could use this one product to clean my whole house! Well I decided I wanted to see what else this was capable of doing, so I took it to a spot on my wall that had fingernail polish on it! Not only did it remove it, but it was very easy to do so also! In conclusion, I will be recommending this product to everyone that is willing to listen to me. This product is so versatile, and makes my life so much easier while cleaning! Thanks for another great ideal Swiffer!

Love at First Swipe

I have been loving my new steam mop for two weeks now. When it first arrived I was excited and quickly and easily snapped it together. I then put the steam pad on and poured water in. It took only a few seconds to heat up the water. Once the mop was heated up, I went to work cleaning the floors of my house. The first thing I noticed was how easily the dirt and sticky spills were coming off my floors and as a mother of three young boys there always seems to be stick and ick on our floors, no matter how many times a day I mop. I cleaned my floors with ease and noticed that my tendinitis wasn't flared up when I was done. I love the fact that this steam mop has disposable pads, I've tried the brands with the reusable cloths and they never seem to get clean enough for my standards. Since I am testing this product out, I put it to the test. After arts and crafts, I left the paints dry on the floor. The Swiffer Steam Mop cleaned it up with ease. Syrup? No problem. Even dried chocolate milk was a breeze. The amount of pads I used was less than normal. What normally takes me 5 or 6 pads only took 1 or 2, which means I'm less inclined to make my homemade version and actually purchase the refill pads. Thanks for making a product that helps make clean up easier!

Love the Swiffer

So I seen this coming in the mail and I was not expecting it at all. I had no idea I was a winner. It sure made me want to hurry up and clean my kitchen thats for sure. I did all the dirty work than gave this baby a test drive on the floor. It was awesome. I loved how the floor flet after the wash. It felt like I just got down on my hands and knees like I usually do but I was able to stand up and not be on the floor. The product was amazing. It was super easy change the pad and I can not wait to get some more refills!

Best Mop Cleaner that I have ever used!

I have a high traffic bathroom. The floor covering has groves and catches lots of dirt. With a family that loves the outdoors and our pets as well. This floor catches lots of dirt and grime. We have tried so many different mops and cleaning products to clean the floor. Nothing ever seemed to bring up all the dirt and grime. This mop is amazing. By far the best I have seen in a very long time. Love the steam, works wonderful to clean all the dirt and grime out of the groves. This floor seems to be the cleanest that it has been since it was put in many years ago. So very impressed, I can't wait for this to come out on the market so that I can purchase one for my sister and my Mom.I know that they will rave about this as well as I am.

Falls apart quickly

I have had to replace this twice because the handle will not stay on. My neighbor had the same problem with hers. It does a good job cleaning but do not like the strong smell of the pads. perhaps unscented or a milder fragrance that evaporates would be nice?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans Better Than My Regular Mop

The SteamBoost definitely made cleaning my entryway floor much quicker than normal. It cleaned up the floor in one pass versus the normal two to three passes it takes with my normal mop.
Pros: light weight, fast cleaning, easy to use
Cons: cord, have to buy refill pads, cost of refill pads
I would recommend this to a friend!
