[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this has been a very nice appliance. Easily understood manual and good operating features. No problems in the first month of ownership.The storage compartment could be a little larger, but no major complaints at this stage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it for about a month and a half and there are already light scratches on the cooktop. I don't believe we've beat it up at all; just normal use, using Calphalon pots and pans.

Hello jdm123- thank you for sharing your feedback. Coarse particles such as salt or sand between cooktop and utensils can cause scratches. Be sure cooktop surface and bottoms of utensils are clean before usage. You may also find that using smooth, flat-bottomed cookware will prevent further scratches. I hope this helps!
