Defective!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Stove in our new house from the contractor - the glass top started to peel off every time I washed it glass specks came off in the paper towel with the recommeded stove cream cleaner. The other features of the stove worked perfect. I would like for the oven to pre-heat a few minutes faster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes Derose! We certainly want you to be fully satisified with your purchase. The preheating can take anywhere between 15-20 mins, which is normal. However, we would like you to connect with use directly by phone at 1-877-435-3287 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 9am-6pm EST at your convenience, so that we are able to see what is causing your glass top matter. Good Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been so busy with the move, I've not been cooking as much as usual, but I'm really enjoying my range. I especially like the flexibility the expandable burner provides. Also, I'm going from a gas range to electric, but adjusting easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with the purchase of our new home. It performs well and is easy to operate. The only thing I don’t like is that glass tops are difficult to clean after spills. But, that isn’t a Frigidaire issue-that’s an overall design issue for all glass top stoves.
