[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range was automatically chose by the builder. It has been a little difficult even after reading the book to decide how to use. You would think a range would not be that difficult to use; but, this one is. There are two buttons that used for timers and the only difference that I can see or understand in reading the manual is when you hit cancel on the baked time it shuts the whole oven off. The surface is a little difficult to clean, I thought I would enjoy a flat top surface because I thought it would be less clean-up, on the contrary, it is a lot more clean up because you have to use a scraper and polish after every use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove is a nice unit, but the pan drawer is flimsy and cheap. it was off it's track when delivered, and looks like it left manufacturing that way. I had to re-work the sliders and install a bumper cushion on one side, just so the door would sit straight when closed. Stove works fine, oven is off by 10 degrees.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No range would have been easier to deal with.
The cooktop glass cracked slowly over the course of two uses. The oven self-clean cycle wasn't particularly useful, and I'm still falling in my quest to get the below-oven drawer to actually slide in, as opposed to hanging on a pivot point and rocking like a seesaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

fair stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] stove works fine, but had to work on the drawer sliders for an hour to get the drawer to slide open and close. was delivered with the drawer off the sliders and wedged in the body of the stove. The drawer face is fine, but the actual drawer construction is cheap thin flimsy tin.
