The range cooks fine. I didn't realize the oven light didn't come on when the door opened. I also wish the broiler was in the over instead of next to the floor. We had to buy in a hurry and I didn't get much research done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not quite what we thought

We purchased this unit to replace a previous Frigidaire. Felt like it was a comparable replacement. The first time we went to broil something, though, we discovered the broiler is in the drawer below (which is not a storage drawer!), and is very inconvenient as one has to ben or stoop to put something in the broiler, and the dogs get all curious since it's at their level. We should have read more closely about the features prior to purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The over is sleak and good. I have no trouble with it. It heats up my food quickly and it is simple to clean.

This stove was provided by the builder and was my first gas stove as an adult. I still prefer electric for ease of cleaning and safety of young children.
