This item came new with the house we purchased. Works great. The timer would be great if it beeped more that once and louder like the matching microwave that was also purchased new for the house.

Nice range

The only drawbacks I have found are setting the clock which is not clearly explained in the book and the black crinkle finish on the sides (flat slick finish) would have been better. Conversion from natural gas tp propane was pretty straight forward and there were no adjustments required except for the oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!
