Gas leak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove and the house smell like gas from the moment it got installed. The stove works fine, but the smell of gas was all over the kitchen even when the stove was off. I paid to have it installed, well they tight the gas hose to the regulator so tight it broke the regulator, so I had to wait for a new part to arrive. Now it works fine, good for the price.

Frigidaire Gas Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new stove. The only issue I have so far is cleaning it. It shows every little spot and not sure what to clean it with. I use a warms soapy wash cloth, but it leaves spots.

Hey Vstad, thank you for taking the time to connect with us regarding your new range. I understand that you are experiencing some concerns with cleaning your range. For general cleaning, use hot, soapy water and a cloth. For more difficult soils and built-up grease, apply a liquid detergent directly onto the soil. Leave on soil for 30 to 60 minutes. Rinse with a damp cloth and dry. Hope this helps! ~Jennifer

Missing parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago and it was a mistake . The stove was missing a piece from the manufacturer and therefore the oven doesn't work and when using the cooktop it beeps loudly the whole time . Called frigidaire and they put me In Touch with an appliance co. And they have taken over two weeks to get the part . I had my tenants without a stove and a beeping noise for over a month . This was a manufacturer mistake and it has affected my tenants quality of life . All we could do is wait almost two months to fix it . Very bad experience !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
