However, I am glad that our records indicate your service appointment with Appliance Repair Specialists on 8/23/17, resolved the matter by installing the new side panel we sent, and your local dealership replaced the grates. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this highly rated model as a replacement for a 1960's Hardwick Gas-on-Gas unit that we believe we got our 'fair' use of!.....The unit is a welcome modern upgrade w/ practical functionality and stylish appearance.
