[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this stove and I really like the feature of the red light that tells you the stove is still hot great feature with kids. Oven and stove heat up very quickly and easy to use and clean up. It just really looks great in our kitchen.

Mostly flawless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a stylish, functional, high quality range. I love the glass flat top, the clean lines and the superb controls and cooking ability. There are 3 points of improvement I'd like to see:
1) The red light that indicates the surface is hot is poorly located on the rear control panel. With an over-the-range GE microwave above, when you stand close to the range, you don't see the red light at all. A better placement would be right in the surface of the top close to the front edge.
2) I'd prefer the large burner to be to the rear, for both esthetic and functional reasons.
3) The storage drawer feels a little flimsy, though so far it is working just fine. I was told that GE recently changed the design of that storage drawer to make it feel more substantial and to improve its stability on its tracks, but it still feels a bit "tinny" to me.
Despite these 3 cautions, I really love the range. One drawback to all glass tops: you can't use cast iron pans on them. But you can still use them to bake corn bread in the oven. Now I'm hungry...

Better than my previous stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this new GE stove because it is very similar to my old stove. It also has some additional features: a hidden bake element which makes it so easy to clean the oven, and an adjustable stovetop element for medium to large pots! It is a very nice looking stove, and I only rated the performance and quality as good because I haven't had a chance to use it much yet. It is brand new. I love it so far!

Great range for theprice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had this range about a month, but I really like it. Stove top and oven both heat up quickly. The only thing I would add or change is a dot or marking on the knob pointers to better distinquish where the knob is when turning.

Average stove, like the ceramic top but it is hard to keep clean. Door would not stay open as the wrong hinges were installed. Oven bakes well and self cleaning works great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Stove

I actuall purchashed it second hand, however it was less than a year old. Overall i love it for an electric stove. The only issue i have is tempratire adjustment for the oven once its heated.
